Hello, I’m Liz and Welcome to Animals at Home in Mendip.

I am fortunate to reside in the wonderful area which forms the Mendips in Somerset, where I live with my husband, three children, a 12 year old Golden Retriever, a 1 year old Bullmastiff (who keeps us on our toes!), and not forgetting the Lady of the house our guinea pig, Toffee. 

I have worked in Social Care for nearly twenty years, and decided it was time that I had a change in direction.  I have always loved animals, and over the years I have had many different pets.  Animals at Home was the perfect solution, offering a complete change of career.

I offer a professional, reliable and personable range of services tailored  to suit your pet’s individual needs covering, dog walking, pet care, pet feeding, a pet ambulance/taxi service and pet sitting (incorporating a house sitting service), this allows me to utilise my career in social care along with my love of animals.

I have completed a full animal first aid and animal handling course, at Lawns Veterinary Hospital, this allows me to administer medications and injections if required.  

Being fully insured and CRB checked you can be assured that your loved ones are in the safest possible hands.
